[The following INFO is based upon providing the Original indigenous Peoples the right of paramount sovereign jurisdiction to adjudicate issues of civil, criminal; and, of international matters of fundamental human rights through the enforcement of Customary Laws; as they will have developed within the territory from which the dispute arises.]
There are many truths in life. And, the most powerful and important truth is the one based upon integrity and selflessness.

You are invited to examine these information pages regarding the formation and implementation of this Original Indigenous Peoples Court / OIPC.

Additionally, you are also invited to consider inviting OIPC to launch a Divisional Seat within your territory - within your nation.

Hence, some fundamental information is necessary : WHY OIPC ?

1. There exists a prevailing issue of Reverse Onus when indigenous Peoples seek to establish land titles in this modern era. The "state" or "nation" traditionally claims absolute jurisdiction over real estate. And, indigenous Peoples are relegated to "proving" land entitlement - hence, the "reverse onus" issue; which usually requires 2 -3 decades of legal battles; requiring millions of dollars of borrowed money to hire legal counsel.
2. The United Nations International Court of Justice / ICJ is available only to voluntary state / nation disputes; and, there is no enforcement capacity.
3. Original indigenous Peoples have established dispute resolution procedures that have endured for 1000s of years - i.e., Custom Law. Each tribal or traditional social group of indigenous Peoples has developed a unique set of principles for these resolutions of disputes. And, these principles may endure when the Original indigenous Peoples subscribe to utilizing them as the first source for judicial decision-making.
4. Therefore, the OIPC has been established to be available for individuals and state nation bodies, who choose to utilize custom and tradition for dispute resolutions.
5. Seven Billion people of this world are indigenous. Corporations are fictional entities created for commercial purposes - at the discretion of the citizenry. The social contract that has been established within each sovereign nation by the occupation of indigenous Peoples prevails - unless the citizenry in an informed and free (non-oppressed) majority popular vote choose to ascribe to foreign regime : i.e., a colonizing group who seeks to subject the territory to their unique principles of law.
